In our village, a birthday or a wedding always meant one thing — someone had to travel to the city, buy a cake, and carry it all the way back home. By the time it reached the table, the sponge had dried out, the cream had turned, and the joy had quietly faded. "The cake is never fresh," people would sigh. We heard it at every celebration.

That single question became a dream shared by three brothers. Zainul Abedden believed the village deserved better. Saddam Adil knew people simply needed to be told that "fresh and local" was finally possible. And Mohd Tabis was ready to wake up before sunrise to make sure every cake left the oven perfect. One dream, three pairs of hands — and Cakeez Bakers was born.

Today we bake every cake right here in Umri Kalan, Moradabad — birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, photo cakes and eggless cakes — using fresh ingredients and finishing each one by hand. No long city trips. No stale sponge. Just warm, fresh cake delivered to your door, made by people who live in the same lanes you do. This is freshness you can finally trust.
